GN19-10 Indoor high-voltage isolating switch GN19-10/10C 11.5kV/12.5kV/31.5kV Indoor high-voltage isolating switch adopts rated operating current of 400A, 630A, 1000A, 1250A, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage of 6, 10kV , In power systems with rated operating currents of 400, 630, 1000, and 1250A, it is used as an indoor switchgear for breaking and closing circuits with voltage and no load.
Applicable working conditions
(1) The ambient temperature is 30~40ºC.
(2) The altitude above sea level shall not exceed 1000m.
(3) The relative humidity is not more than 90% (at 25C).
(4) There is no gas, steam, chemical deposition, salt spray, dust, dirt and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the disconnector.
Structural features
GN19 series isolating switches are divided into GN19-10 type (flat-mounted type) and GN19-10C type (wall-through type) according to their structural characteristics. The conductive part of each phase of the GN19-10 type disconnector is fixed on the chassis through two post insulators; the GN19-10C type is divided into three types of wall penetration: C1, C2, and C3. One side of C1 and C2 is a post insulator. The other side is a porcelain casing, while C3 has porcelain casings on both sides.
The isolating switch is equipped with CS6-1T (G) type manual operating mechanism.
The isolating switch and operating mechanism can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely in the switch cabinet, and can also be installed on pillars, walls, beams, ceilings and metal structures.
GN19 series isolating switch is three-pole type, three-phase parallel installation. There is a tie rod insulator in the middle of each phase cutter, and the tie rod insulator is connected with the main shaft installed on the chassis, and the main shaft is connected with the connecting rod and the CS6-1T (G) type operating mechanism through the crank arm. The operating mechanism uses a linkage rod (provided by the user) to make the auxiliary switch work together with it.
The conductive part is mainly composed of a knife switch and a static contact. The static contacts are installed on the post insulators at both ends. Each phase switch is composed of two slot-shaped copper sheets, which not only increases the heat dissipation area of the switch, which is beneficial to lowering the temperature, but also improves the mechanical strength of the switch and improves the stability of the switch. One end of the knife switch is installed on the static contact through a bolt, and the other end of the knife switch can be connected with the static contact, and the contact pressure of the contact is maintained by the contact spring at both ends.
GN19-10/1000, 1250 and GN19-10C/1000, 1250 are equipped with a magnetic lock plate at the contact. The purpose of adding the magnetic locking pressure plate is: when the short-circuit current passes, the attraction force between the two slot-shaped switches is strengthened, and the contact pressure at the contact point is also increased, thereby improving the dynamic and thermal stability of the switch contacts. 400 and 630A isolation switches have a small limit current and the distance between the blades is relatively close, so there is no magnetic lock plate on the structure, and the limit plate (stop gear) installed on the bottom frame is mainly used to ensure that the conductive contact knife Get the required end position when "close".
